Blake Anderson is a boutique consultancy based in the UK, with a satellite office in Dubai.

- Preferred qualification, Bachelor Degree in Construction Management or Engineering, other qualifications may be acceptable depending on relevant experience.

- Minimum of 15 years' experience in Construction Management.

- Experience in high end finishing works and preferably restoration, heritage or cultural projects.

- Excellent track record in delivering projects on time and to budget and to the highest standard.

- Must command high standards in Health & Safety and Quality Management.

- Good communication skills and command respect from direct labour and subcontractors.

- Must have UAE experience.
