* Computer Science degree (BSc) or equivalent from a recognized institution

* Systems Administration/System Engineer certification in SQL and Microsoft

* Experience of Systems Integrations Projects

* A minimum of 5+ years' experience in a similar Systems Administration role or equivalent.

* Extensive demonstrable System Administration experience

* Good knowledge of network devices , firewalls, routers, proxy servers, etc

* Relevant SQL / Microsoft certifications

* Good understanding of Azure and SharePoint

* Excellent working knowledge of ITIL Processes and tools.

* The following technical skills / knowledge - Exchange 2010, 2013, Windows Server to 2012, Citrix Xen and VSI, VMware esXi, Advanced fail over and DR concept methodologies, IPSEC, SSL, VOIP (SIP) and SQL Server.

* Interpret and/or discuss information with others, which involves terminology or concepts not familiar to many people; regularly provide advice and recommend actions involving rather complex issues. May resolve problems within established practices.

* Provides occasional guidance, some of which is technical.
