- A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in business or economics

- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in a strategy consulting or policy development role

- Strong knowledge in at least one of the relevant sectors (e.g. Media, ICT)

- Proven ability to build, manage and leverage relationships

- Excellent research and analytical skills and experience in using analytical tools such as Excel.

- Strong ability to communicate complex issues to different target audiences.

- Ability to lead and manage multiple complex policy projects simultaneously

- Arabic language skills are a plus
