•  Degree in Electrical Engineering with 8-10 years’ experience in AIS / GIS substation Basic design   & Detailed Engineering (from 110 kv to 400 KV Voltage level) 
•  Should have worked as overall technical lead for all the disciplines included in project scope of work  in 3-5 projects.
•  Should be conversant with local standards & understanding of customer specifications (example .DEWA/ Transco/SEC/kahramaa/MEW/OETC )
