- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associates or bachelor degree in horticulture, botany, natural science or related field of study is highly preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a property villa garden with in-depth knowledge of plant culture, maintenance, and identification.
- Thorough knowledge of ornamental horticulture in all phases.
- Thorough knowledge of plant propagation and culturation.
- Considerable knowledge of the principles of nursery management.
- Knowledge of the elementary principles of landscaping.
- Ability to supervise the work of others.
