* Degree qualified - Bachelors or Masters in a technical field such as Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or similar field

* Omani Nationals only will be considered

* General network knowledge, TCP/IP troubleshooting

* Ability to track down an endpoint on the network based on ticket information

* Familiarity with system log information and what it means

* Understanding of common network services (web, mail, DNS, authentication)

* Knowledge of host based firewalls, Anti-Malware, HIDS, endpoint security tools

* In depth Desktop OS and Server OS knowledge

* Strong analytical and problem solving skills- Excellent presentation and communication skills with proven persuasive and negotiation power

- Self-motivated and results oriented

- Good time management and task prioritization skills

- Strong follow-up and organizational skills

- Planning & Analytical skills

- Proven ability to work under pressure and on strict deadlines

- Should have a valid UAE/Omani Driving License
