To be successful in this role it is essential that you have a minimum of 4 years experience as a property consultant. You must also have knowledge of sales in Dubai. Arabic speakers are at a distinct advantage although this isn't essential in addition to the below:

• Strong communication skills both written and verbal

• Must have strong market knowledge

• Computer Literate

• Good negotiation skills

• RERA Certified
