- Proven working experience in construction management

- Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods

- Degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field

- Minimum of 15 years relevant experience including as project team leader on largescale

- mixed-use development projects including infrastructure works 

- Demonstrable experience of managing interdisciplinary consultants and multiple

- construction contracts.
