• Your strong customer orientation will be key, just as it is for all your colleagues.

• You’ll also have well-developed skills in problem solving, influencing and negotiating.

• You should have a degree in HR Management or Psychology, while a Masters in Occupational Psychology would be ideal.

• You’ll have at least 5 years’ experience in managing teams and succession planning.

• You’ll be comfortable working at senior levels and right across functions.

• Your knowledge will span everything from career pathways and mobilisation to development initiatives. 

• We’ll also look for innovation and creativity, and an appreciation of airport operations.
