Experience and Qualifications:

• A minimum of 10 years experience in Real Estate Sales, a minimum of 5 years as a Senior Manager/Director/GM

• A bachelors degree in a relative field

The successful candidates MUST have:

• A strong understanding of industry and demonstrate knowledge/capabilities in the areas of financial analysis, business administration, legal, human resources, ethical practices, marketing, business development and sales

• The ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients, top management and/or public groups

• Must have strong background and expertise in managing a diverse workforce and overseeing sales, operations and expense management.
