Dubai Airports owns and manages the operation and development of both of Dubai’s airports – Dubai International (DXB) and Dubai World Central (DWC).

• Your strong customer orientation will be key, just as it is for all your colleagues.

• You’ll also have well-developed skills in problem solving, influencing and negotiating.

• You should have a degree in HR Management or Psychology, while a Masters in Occupational Psychology would be ideal.

• Additionally, you’ll need Level A and B Psychological Testing qualifications.

• You’ll have at least 5 years’ experience in managing teams and delivering assessment projects.

• Your knowledge will span everything from assessment processes and good practice to technological innovations in assessment. 

• We’ll also look for innovation and creativity, and an appreciation of airport operations.
