• At least 5 years’ experience in sales of food products to hotel and restaurants in UAE;

• At least 7/8 years’ experience in F&B;

• Proven track record of sales in UAE;

• Past Company: Fresh Express, Classic Fine Foods, HORECA, Chef Middle East or similar companies;

• Ideally, proven experience in export to other GCC countries;

• Excellent knowledge of Italian products (able to advise experienced Italian chefs on menus);

• Fluent in English and Italian/ French;

• Proactive and able to work autonomously;
