QUALIFICATIONS: 

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required, CPA certification preferred 

- 6+ years relevant progressive Accounting experience post Bachelor's Degree, auditing experience preferred 

- Proven Project Management experience related to driving or implementing significant financial accounting projects within a large organization. Must have a solid sense of perspective, materiality and be able to professionally influence personnel within horizontal and vertical reporting structures. 

- Detail orientated with strong analytical and quantitative skills. 

- Excellent verbal, written & presentation communication skills. Must be able to adjust communication style to wide range of audiences from task owners to sr. management 

- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and exhibit a passion to learn and grow 

- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required; familiarity with data management tools extremely helpful 

- Financial ERP experience required, SAP preferred 

- Ability to work in an environment with changing priorities and time pressures
