Engage was formed in 2007 in response to frustrations at the level of service delivery offered by traditional large recruitment agencies working in the construction market.

As the ideal candidate you must have either a mechanical or electrical engineering degree. A minimum of four years experience in consultancies with a strong design background. You must be a proactive person and a strong leader, a big part of the job will be dealing with clients, therefore experience in this area is a must. Experience in Autocad and Revit are important. You must either be in the process of or already a Chartered Engineer.
