- At least 10 years' experience working with an established retailer (open in terms of product category exposure)

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in a relevant field

- Leadership qualities

- Experience working closely with stakeholder management

- Presenting P&L & figure to a board or senior executives

- Managerial experience developing and growing a large team

- Experience working with a retail group/brand in the Middle East is essential

- Experience working with female products or brands is preferred
