Bachelor's degree in engineering or QS

Master's degree is a plus

Related professional experience

Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience working in cost controlling, planning and estimating

Demonstrated working experience in complex construction projects and meeting delivery   requirements

Business and technical skills:

Ideal candidate will have experience using industry standard project controls software and cost accounting and earned value packages

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Good understanding of the construction industry

Full understanding of performance measurement methodologies, earned value techniques and project scheduling and cost management

Leadership skills, supervisory skills, and the ability to adapt project controls principles into a multicompany environment

Significant experience in claims avoidance, claims management and risk management

Excellent ability to work in a multicultural environment

Team player who works to help colleagues excel
