•Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction or comparable with a minimum of 3+  years of commercial and contracts management experience on major real estate  development projects including multi tower projects.

•Exceptional knowledge of FIDIC contracts is essential.

•Procurement management experience to enable a smooth supply chain process.

•Running knowledge of current market trends from a pricing perspective to add value to the procurement and supply chain process.

•Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities with strong organizational skills and  capacity to work under pressure. 

•Bilingual language skills in English and Arabic are essential.

•Candidates must display exceptional levels of honesty and integrity.

•Experience in the MENA property sector is required.
