Job description

    In-depth knowledge of the commercial card business in India 

    - Direct sales management experience or strong aptitude towards sales management - Structured methodology to account acquisition 

    - Pipeline management experience 

    - Ability to build and lead a high-performance sales team - Ability to build and motivate a sales force and collaborate with a relationship management team - Strong analytical skills. 

    - Strategic and analytical focus. 

    - Ability to collaborate and influence internally and externally. 

    - Ability to leverage and deepen relationships with all internal parties. 

    - Experience in developing and executing a successful sales strategy. 

    - Capacity to build best in class sales team through continuous improvement in sales force effectiveness 

    - Strong leadership competencies Minimum 8 years, with experience in team management and leading a sales acquisition team with an understanding of the services industry .
