You should hold a post high school training certificate and a diploma in Electrical or Mechanical. You should have minimum 4-6 years of experience in a similar capacity in a multicultural environment preferably in a Hospitality/Hotel/Facilities Management industry. You should be a computer literate and have thorough knowledge on maintenance works related to electrical, plumbing, drainage and air conditioning.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and proficient in written and spoken English. You should have basic knowledge on technical operation of appliances and customer skills.
