Engage was formed in 2007 in response to frustrations at the level of service delivery offered by traditional large recruitment agencies working in the construction market.

•Must have a degree in architecture, interior design or comparable with a minimum of 3-5  years design experience in a consulting and client representative capacity. 

•The exceptional communicator we seek will possess strong management skills, an  understanding of the local market and suppliers and be practical in approach.

•Strong attention to details. 

•Bilingual language skills in English and Arabic are beneficial but not required.
