* Candidates will come from an Education (school, college, university) background preferably a Medical or Health care college or training centre

* At least 5 years experience in a Training focused role

* Proven experience in designing and delivery of effective training sessions

* A Train the Trainer qualification would be ideal to work with experts on training delivery

* Proven knowledge of training assessment tools

* UAE experience would be a benefit
