•Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Construction or equivalent with a minimum of 20 years’  experience in the construction sector which at least 5 years within a consultancy  environment.

•Chartered status and / or Professional Membership such as C. Eng, MICE, MI Struct Eng or  PE being required.

•Significant experience in Project Management and delivery of multi-disciplinary projects.

•Proven ability in leading and managing a team on large infrastructure mixed-use development  projects and ensuring design deliverables achieve time, quality and budgetary targets. 

•Significant knowledge and proven leadership experience gained from an engineering  consultancy background, having managed construction projects along with a thorough  knowledge of project management processes and systems.

•Excellent communication skills along with the ability to develop and maintain successful client  relationships.

•Candidates with KSA experience will be highly regarded.
