•5-8 years’ experience in supporting a large Siebel installation 8.1 or higher. 

•Operations experience in Telecommunication environment. 

•Should have experience in Integration with Upstream and downstream through Web service  /HTTP, Web logic Queues etc. 

•Working knowledge in Java/J2EE, XML, UNIX/LINUX Shell Scripting, Oracle SQL and PL/SQL. 

•Experience in Siebel Deployment activities: Repository Export / Import, SRF Compilation,  Schema Changes, Seed Data transfer, replacement, generate browser scripts, transfer Mid-  tier files, products, LOVs etc. 

•Clear view of Life cycle of a subscriber from Order Management and Provisioning point of view
