- Currently or having worked on High-End Luxury Hotel/Condo experience

- Proven track record within the industry

- From a carpentry or similar trades background

- Caribbean or Overseas experience would be a preference 

- If you are working on prestigious High-End Residential projects in the UK having no overseas experience, you will be considered 

- Self motivated 

- Well presented 

- Attention to detail is a key skill for this position

- Able to provide 3 written and verbal references
