du is the new telecommunication services provider in the UAE. We are an integrated service provider offering voice, data, video and content services over fixed and mobile networks to residential and business customers.

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science or Information Systems is preferred)

- Minimum one of the Industry certification is preferred (CCNP, CCIEE, CISSP, CCSK, PMI etc.)

- At least 10 years of experience in Technology Architecture, Infrastructure Design and implementation with industry recognized credibility and within large organizations, preferably with Telecom.

- Minimum 6-7 years in complex solution design, implementation , project management & delivery role within the telecoms/ service provider industry

- Good understanding of the managed services/ product portfolio.

- Experience in handling Complex projects related to design & implementation ICT solutions.

- Experience with design, implementation and support of Mobility, Security and Cloud (IaaS, PaaS and/or SaaS) platform solutions

- Strong technical expertise and experience in enterprise orchestration platforms, workflow technologies, project management and business processes

Knowledge and skills:

- Knowledge of Service Delivery Architecture and Service Delivery Platform.

- Industry knowledge and proven vendor & partner management capability.

- Experience in project planning, monitoring and implementation.

- Establishing solid working relationships with various stakeholders/departments, Internal Control and Strategy and Investments

- Strong proven knowledge and skills of customer value propositions and solution design and implementation.

- Knowledge of commercial delivery model for targeted segments

- Customer Focus and High skills of Business Awareness and Market analysis

- Strong analytical skills and high-level Financial skills for management of Projects' budget

- Excellent customer focus

- Knowledge of architecture frameworks.

- Functional Managed Services knowledge. As well, ITIL, IT Governance, asset management, cost transparency

- Good understanding of Cloud Data Governance and GRC stack.

- Knowledge or proven certifications in virtualization, storage and datacenter solutions

- Problem solving skills

- High degree of flexibility.

- Able to work under pressure and tight timelines and resources
