- An Engineering degree / Diploma holder in Electrical, Electronics or its equivalents

- Minimum 5-7 years experience with 2-4 years experience in handling maintenance of ELV systems like CCTV, access control systems. 

- Possess comprehensive knowledge of Security Systems like Access Control, CCTV, Intercom, Gate barrier, Intruder Alarm, etc. 

- Project execution with an understanding of project reports and operational controls

- Experience in network maintenance will be an advantage

- Good working knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD and MS Projects. 

- Should have acumen to diagnose breakdown problems and work out the solution

- Should have good understanding of best practices adopted for maintenance services delivery

- Knowledge of local laws will be an added advantage 

- Must possess strong execution acumen

- Strong verbal and written English communication skills

- Have pleasing personality and a hard worker
