The successful candidate will be degree educated with 15+ years experience handling similar function and a minimum of 3+ years experience as Department head handling a team size of 25+ direct reports. Exposure to Automotive industry and working knowledge of ISO 14001 & TS 16949 are key requirements for the position.

You must possess excellent analytical, problem solving and customer service skills and an ability to lead and motivate a team is vital for this role.
