Degree in Quantity Surveying from an accredited internationally recognized university and must be qualified and chartered (QS) by a recognized international body such as Chartered Institute of Buildings (CIOB) and Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or as approved by the Engineer.

Must have a minimum of 15 years experience in dealing with major highway construction projects. Experience in claims / arbitration procedures and methods are a requirement.

Must have experience in the planning of major projects with particular emphasis on the utilization of computer programs such as Primavera or equally capable program for the planning and tracking of similar projects is a requirement. Computer literacy and excellent communication skills are essential.
