Engage was formed in 2007 in response to frustrations at the level of service delivery offered by traditional large recruitment agencies working in the construction market.

• Of graduate status, or High School Diploma with relevant qualifications and experience in the field.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a supervision or managerial role the field. 

• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English 

• Good supervisory management and leadership skills with ability to communicate well at all levels and the ability to make decisions and motivate the team. 

• Possess good customer service skills. 

• IT literate and ability to use IT related systems such as Access Control CCTV equipment.
