- Degree qualified within a construction-related e.g. project management, construction management, engineering etc.

- Minimum 5 years' continuous experience within building construction

- Preference will be given to candidates with Fit out, retail and F&B construction experience. 

- Preference will be given to candidates with MRICS and APMP qualifications. 

- People Leadership, collaboration & teamwork

- Overseeing of, and collaboration with, all project management teams

- Good communication skills in written and spoken English

- Experience in coordinating multiple parties

- Able to meet deadlines, no exceptions - "Completer Finisher" attributes

- Good technical writing ability

- Knowledge of recognised project control principles (procurement, earned value measurement, risk management, contract admin and claims resolution, change control)

- Knowledge of the principal major forms of contract
