- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture/Engineering/Real estate development Masters/MBA would be an advantage - Minimum 6-8 years of experience in real estate/ development management/ design / project management, of which at least 5 at senior capacity.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various major projects that could value up to AED200million+. The successful candidate would support the projects wherever necessary from design stage through procurement and deliver, to project completion. 

This would present the chosen candidate with a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of this critical element of work on a landmark project and raise their profile within one of the GCC Markets busiest and most innovative contractors.

The ideal candidate shall have extensive experience in the fit out and joinery field, ideally in the Hospitality/Commercial/Residential sector. They would have experience of working with and managing a variety of different supply chain partners within the relevant market. 

They must be able to work collaboratively and take a hands-on approach to problem solving and mitigating risk both financially and most importantly on the safe delivery of a quality project. They would have a good level of autonomy and be responsibility for motivating and managing a team reporting to an off-site Director.
