Dubai Properties (DP) is a Dubai based real estate pioneer developer. DP overseas a varied development portfolio of residential, commercial, retail and hospitality projects across Dubai, creating opportunities for real estate investors and residents.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture/Engineering/Real estate development Masters/MBA would be an advantage 

- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in real estate/ development management/ design / project management, of which at least 5 at senior capacity.

Persons Specification: 

- Local market experience would be an absolute must (GCC market experience would also be beneficial), so is relevant experience in property development cross the full development life cycle. 

- A demonstrable track record of working across the full project life cycle in the built environment, with strong experience in executing contracts on residential /hospitality, commercial property development projects;

- A strong personality that is capable of instructing and leading a team of external consultants, but also excels at encouraging and engaging in constructive two-way communication;

- Strong vision, attention to detail, creativity and innovation with a great attitude to work cohesively with your peer group and subordinates across all business divisions. 

- Should be proficient in technical competence in all property development disciplines, Development Management, Design Management, Project Management, Financial analysis, Industry knowledge and Economics knowledge. Detail oriented and able to work under pressure for long working hours.
