Study the Tender Documents, B.O.Q., Specifications & Drawings and advise the Inquiry Engineer of any discrepancies. (UAE)
Graduate/Diploma in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying, with 5+ years experience in Quantity Surveying at building construction projects of large contracting companies preferably in GCC.
Must be computer literate and speak fluent English. Should be capable to take off quantities independently, prepare financial and forecast project reports; Establish, prepare and price contractual claims & variations.
