•BSc in Civil Engineering is essential

•Chartered status is preferred 

•Minimum of 20 years post qualified experience, including experience in the Middle East region

•Minimum of 10 years in a management role

•Exposure to high scale infrastructure projects including; roads, highways, bridges and    utilities 

•Competent using Primavera 6 

•Fluency in English both written and spoken
