Swiss Rock DMCC is a young but strong leading firm in the international diamond trading industry and was founded by experienced professionals operating in the financial and diamond sector worldwide.

We are looking for a candidate with a large international network and has the ability to negotiate and close deals with customers and/or brokers in the diamond industry. Candidates should also possess the desire, ability and willingness to take on new and additional responsibility if the role develops beyond its existing parameters. 

The main requirements include:

• Proven track record of the whole-selling loose diamonds and thorough understanding of the loose diamond market and prices;

• Diamond-related knowledge including certificates and grading, i.e. HRD, IGIG, GIA, AJP, etc.;

• Well-organized, able to work independently, detail-oriented and self-motivated;

• 5+ years of experience in the diamond industry;

• Determination of supply and demand in international auction trade;

• Superb communication skills;

• Bachelor or master’s degree preferred; 

• Focused on attention to detail, taking initiative and creating a positive working environment;

• Ability to multi-task and accept direction, as well as operate independently in a fast-paced environment;

• Ability to solve problems individually and in a team.
