The ideal candidate will have the following skip set:

Essential qualifications

- Must hold a relevant degree, or recognized qualifications in a building trade and/ or project management.

Essential technical, professional skills, knowledge and essential experiences Knowledge

- Proficient and able to provide relevant project managerial and technical support.

- Technically competent with a clear knowledge of building infrastructures and associated services and systems. knowledge of project management processes and protocols

- Computer literate

Skills

- Excellent communication skills including the ability to create reports.

- Proven problem solving skills

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify key issues

- Able to work under stringent deadlines and high pressure environment

- Flexible in the approach to all work activities

Experience

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in maintaining and delivery very similar services. Preferably in a building services and/or facilities management environment

- Good level of commercial acumen

- Project Management experience is essential (PMP or equivalent)
