Energi People is a leading International recruitment agency specialising in providing human resource solutions for the Building Services and Structural Engineering industries. Having in-depth knowledge of the civil/structural and building services.

•Preparing Schedules & Commissioning Program for all the building services aspects 

•Producing the Design Feasibility Study and providing technical advice on T&C 

•Validation role and witnessing the pre-commissioning, flushing and cleaning, water treatment and commissioning 

•Test Witnessing of, BMS, Electrical / Mechanical services, Fire alarm and public health services to make sure they meet  the Code  requirements and the client / designer satisfaction 

•Attend and organise meetings such as Commissioning, Directors, and Progress meeting 

•Inspection with District Surveyor/Civil Defense, life safety / Health and safety systems 

•Electronically structuring commissioning documentation together with hard copies. 

•Documentation and record keeping of all Test Sheets, Drawing, Schedules and other documents 

•Witnessing On and Off-site plant proving test ( Factory Acceptance Test) 

•Commenting on commissioning Method Statements and agreeing works test procedure 

•Liaison with main, managing and service contractors and issuing weekly progress report of testing and Commissioning 

•Organizing and managing Client training
