* Graduate or Post Graduate Degree, preferably in the field of Business Management with prior work experience in supermarkets/hypermarkets 

* Minimum 25+ years' experience in supermarkets/hypermarkets 

* Must have strong knowledge in Operations, Sales, Marketing, Logistic, Supply Chain and Health & Safety 

* Must have exceptional leadership qualities. 

* Excellent/high level networking skills to build and maintain relationships with key suppliers and brands/stakeholders/business partners. 

* Should be able to communicate effectively and have excellent negotiation skills. 

* Should be able to lead, develop and motivate teams. 

* Ability to build and drive performing teams 

* Entrepreneurial approach to doing business 

* Strong knowledge of supermarket trends both globally and in the region 

* Exceptionally well known and respected in the GCC market
