In our experience, most consultants tend to take a top down approach by thinking about the solution first and then try to work that into the client's problem areas.

The ideal candidate would be an Engineering graduate with at least 12-30 years of experience of working in a similar capacity with a medium sized organisation. He must be able to setup the complete department, define processes, build systems capabilities and create vendor pipeline etc. Excellent communication skills coupled with ability to work with senior level colleagues across the organisation is very much required. A valid UAE driving license is also a requirement for this position.
