Engage was formed in 2007 in response to frustrations at the level of service delivery offered by traditional large recruitment agencies working in the construction market.

• Bachelors Degree from a recognised university.

• Degree/Diploma or Certificate in Marketing, Public Relations, or Communications or relevant experience.

• Three to Eight years, relevant experience preferably in the Hospitality / Retail Industry.

• Working experience in marketing, sales, and special events (public relations or entertainment/music industry 

• Background can be applicable substitutes). 

• Previous experience working in an adventure park preferred. 

• Experience with media contract negotiations, buying and budgetary guidelines.

• Experience with creative design and brand recognition.

• Familiarity with all laws pertaining to promote international and local events and activities.
