The Charterhouse brand and business was launched in Dubai and the Middle East in April 2004 by a team of international recruiters and management consultants, after its inception in Sydney, Australia in September 2003.

The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a digital creative role and be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, taking on feedback quickly and constructively. You should have strong creative skills, with the capacity to dive into different briefs for different brands, for different audiences, across different mediums. You should also have front end development experience in HTML, HTML 5, CSS, responsive design, WordPress and Visual Composer (or similar) alongside creative design experience using Adobe Creative Suite, including Premier Pro. In addition, you should have a sound understanding of superior user experience and be passionate about high-conversion designs.
