• Arabic speaking and ideally french speaking 

• 3 - 5 years in a line management position with responsibilities for mobile and/or remote staff. Use of technology/electronic tools in the delivery of    service.

• 5 years logistics management experience

• 5 years client management logistics experience

• Computer literate PC and mainframe based systems

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel

• Delegation of tasks

• Time management

• People management skills 

• Assertive and excellent communicator

• High proficiency for attention to detail
