Candidates should have a degree in engineering or quantity surveying and preferably have a specialisation in construction management. 

Candidates should have experience as a lead project controls engineer in the oil and gas, heavy civil, marine and M and E industry and should have experience of cost and time controls, costing and budgeting, planning and scheduling and report writing using KPI's and dashboards.
