     Responsibilities includes:- 

    -Managing a team of at least 25 DRs 

    -Knowledge on UK pensions or BFSI 

    -Delivering the internal stakeholders at right time and as per the right quality as  promised 

    -Effectively managing the resources like people, processes 

    -Constantly reviewing performances and forecasting process changes and new opportunities 

    -Setting goals for team and timely reviewing them and providing feedbacks to the team 

    -Maintain performance and highlighting the areas of improvement 

    -Day to day interactions with the DRs 

    -Performance review and handing meetings for proving them advices on expectations 

     Key Skills:-

    -Minimum 4 years of experience in Team management/handling 

    -Resource/ people management 

    -Understanding of insurance or financial services 

    -Leadership and Decision making
