• University graduate preferably Restaurant Management Degree

• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience 

• Arabic Speaker is preferred with strong English language spoken & written

Skills:

• Multi-unit operations experience or a strong restaurant GM at a casual concept.

• Bakery, Oriental food and Coffee shop experience is preferred. Multi brand operators will have an advantage.

• Strong Financial Analysis knowledge. 

• Ability to budget and manage cost

• Ability to spend 80% of the time in the field and 20% in the office

• Excellent Communications / Strong Marketing & Problem Solving skills

• Independent thinker

• Results oriented. 

• Experience with casual dining and pizza restaurants would be preferable
