Engage was formed in 2007 in response to frustrations at the level of service delivery offered by traditional large recruitment agencies working in the construction market.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Post Graduate Degree in a Design and or Planning Built Environment discipline (i.e: Urban Design, Urban Planning, Architecture, Landscape   Architecture)

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a Built Environment Design Discipline

Minimum Experience:

• 15 years of actual practice not including years of study (for a degree).

• Must have client side (Developer) experience demonstrating the key technical competencies
