 ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION:

-Minimal Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Refrigeration.

 ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION:

-Spoken & written English. 

 PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

-Minimum of 5 years experience in leading a multi-skilled maintenance team within utility  engineering (to include MV  electrical /steam raising / refrigeration / compressed air ).

 COMPETENCIES:

-Strong, confident and energetic leadership style, positive attitude, solution orientated.

-Knowledge of all aspects of utility plant and distribution system Familiar with and  supporter of Quality systems  Recognized technical skills within the team Knowledge of:  Coaching skills Engineering principles T  roubleshooting/Fault diagnosis Read and Interpret  drawings Discipline and grievance procedures Reporting.
