 ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION:

-Diploma in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology or Chemical Engineering.

 NON-ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION:

-Spoken & written English.

 PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

-At least 5 (five) years of experience in Q.A Dept preferable in Food and or Bakery  Industry. 

-Familiar with AIB, ISO 9001-2000, ISO-22000, GMP, RISK ASSESSMENTS & OTHER QUALITY SYSTEMS. 

 COMPETENCIES:

-Good spoken English Strong personality with leadership Qualities Committed Should be able   to cascade the policies  of Management down the ranks. Good communicative skills   Presentation skills Should be able to drive the meetings  and influence the functional   managers for implementation of Quality related actions. Should be a good  communicator and   should be able to respond to customer queries timely and ensures the effective    implementation of actions needed. Should be able to interact with cross functional managers  for the Quality issues  and related issues for the implementation of the actions needed.
