* Excellent Functional knowledge
* A strong understanding of all products offered by Retail Banking
* Knowledge of current Bank 'ways of working' across multiple regions is desirable
* Strong Communication & Presentation skills
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills for problem solving
* Good Financial and analytical skills
* Leadership & People Management experience is desirable
* Ability to drive change across the business - self-led, ability to drive and shape the business and lead others using a variety of influencing styles
* Demonstrable track record in working under pressure
* Strong Risk and Governance awareness
* Awareness of Retail Banking guidelines, processes, systems and operational risks
* Exposure and experience within 'Client Experience Management'
* The ability to understand client needs across all Segments (Retail)
* Preferably Graduate or equivalent education with a relevent business background
* Arabic language skills would be beneficial
* Strong English communication skills are essential
