Qualification - BSc or higher in Geomatics or Surveying or survey related education

Leadership On The Floor - Ability to lead the survey group properly and effectively

Technical Knowledge - Dedicated professional in one specific field of geomatics 

Team Player - Dedication and ability to work successfully with others in a team

Delivery Focused - Ability to deliver the work with al stakeholders (internally and externally) to a defined project goal

Language Skills - Excellent verbal and written skills both internally and with clients (English is essential)
